Damian is an international banker with experience working in Australia, New Zealand, London, Japan and Korea. Over this time, Damian has held Senior Management, Coverage, Origination, Product and Risk roles in both ANZ and Barclays Capital focusing on Institutional Banking. Damian also actively participates in the community having held Chairman and Treasurer roles in a variety of business associations.  Currently Damian is Chairman of the Australia and New Zealand Regional Committee of the International Trade and Forfeiting Association. In his current role in ANZ, Damian is tasked with developing end-to-end propositions to enhance the B2B Payables experiences for its customers.

Emma is an experienced banking and finance executive, with over 20 years in leadership roles across international markets and diverse cultures including Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Australia with ANZ, PwC and UBS. Emma has demonstrated business success leading large businesses through transitions to meet evolving community expectations and accessing technological advantages.

As General Manager, Strategic Planning and Execution Institutional, Emma is responsible for bringing together Institutional’s strategy, transformation, execution, capability, marketing, data, governance and controls teams. Part of her role includes digital transformation via the Wholesale Credit Platform which delivers enhanced and integrated wholesale credit origination, banker tools, and data.

Previously, Emma was Head of Public Sector Institutional and brought together the right people, products, digital & data, design thinking and innovative solutions to their customers. Emma was also Chief of Staff to former ANZ CEO Mike Smith, leading oversight of group strategy, communications, governance, risk, operations and issues and managing multiple stakeholders. Emma’s commercial success is based on deep expertise in customer facing roles, finance, payments, design, product, digital and data and governance. Emma strives to be constantly learning, completing leadership programs and directorship courses including Leadership Victoria’s Williamson Community Leadership program and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tammy Medard has national responsibility for leading the provision of tailored financial and capital management solutions to Australia and PNG’s corporate clients. The Institutional business that Tammy leads cover public and privately-held businesses in all sectors with annual revenue starting from circa $50m through to Australia’s largest listed businesses.

Prior to this role, Tammy led ANZ’s Diversified Industries business which focused on large listed Industrials, Agriculture, Retail, Telecommunications, Government, and Technology.  Tammy was Chief Executive Officer of ANZ Bank Laos. Based in Vientiane, she ran a full commercial-licensed bank with Retail, Institutional and Global Markets offerings primarily focused on facilitating the international trade flow in and out of Laos relating to mining, hydropower and agriculture. Tammy joined ANZ in 2009 in the Risk Division and quickly built a reputation for her expertise in risk management and stakeholder relations.

Before joining ANZ, she was an infrastructure credit analyst for Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services focusing on utilities, airports, toll roads and public and private partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with major infrastructure companies. Tammy began her banking career with JP Morgan Chase in New York City focusing on the large Not-for-Profit, University and Healthcare sectors; delivering municipal bond product solutions and corporate banking products. A citizen of Australia for 15 years, Tammy is originally from the US, and has a Bachelor of Science (Finance) from the University of Maryland – Robert H Smith School of Business. Tammy is a Leadership Group member of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles and signatory to the UN WEPs.

Zaph Kanyi is a 2024 Institutional Banking Graduate at ANZ. She is part of the Industry and Innovation team, an Innovation Lab within ANZ’s Transaction Banking business. Zaph is also the President of ANZ’s Knowledge Committee, a graduate committee focused on enhancing the professional and personal development of graduates. She holds a Bachelor of Law from La Trobe University and is passionate about the intersection of law and technology, particularly how emerging technologies are transforming banking. In her spare time, she enjoys poetry, philosophy, and finding the perfect weekend brunch spots.

Stacy is a Managing Director in Technology leading the Enterprise Platforms Technology Group in Australia & New Zealand and the Salesforce Business Group across APAC region based in Sydney.  She has over 20 years of CRM delivery experience including responsibility for some of the largest global Salesforce deployments.  ​

Stacy is responsible for driving innovative and transformational programs with clients in all industries and of all sizes across major platforms including Microsoft, Oracle,  Salesforce, SAP, Adobe and Workday. ​

In addition to the program delivery activities Stacy helps the clients with navigating the ongoing changes to delivery methodologies and ways of working to support these complex technology implementations.  This includes incorporating GenAI capabilities into Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), supporting Human Centered Design activities, multi-speed delivery programs and ongoing adaption of new and modernised delivery mechanisms.​

Stacy has helped large organisations change through the implementation of technology allowing them to innovate and invent new ways of engaging with their customers and expand their products and service offerings. ​

For Accenture and Salesforce to accelerate customer value, Stacy is also co-leading multiple Salesforce projects and joint market offerings including emerging technologies related to Data & AI.  ​
