From Invisible to Influential: Speaking up and Standing Out

What if 2026 was the year you finally stepped into your full power; when you are finally recognised, valued, and rewarded for the skills, experience, and leadership you bring to the table?

Too often, talented women hold back from being visible (or standing out). They are often worried about seeming self-promoting, about being judged or criticised, or simply unsure how to articulate their value. But leadership isn’t just about doing great work—it’s about ensuring the right people see and understand the impact you create.
Becoming your own best advocate isn’t about boasting—it’s about owning your worth, speaking up, and ensuring your hard work translates into the career progression you deserve. Even when self-doubt creeps in, knowing how to confidently communicate your value ensures you retain agency of your career path.

This empowering session will give you the tools and mindset to step forward with clarity and conviction.

You will walk away with:

  • – A clear understanding of why being visible is crucial for your career growth
  • – Strategies to confidently communicate your value in a compelling, authentic way
  • – Practical tools to cultivate a strong network of sponsors, mentors, and advocates
  • – Insight into the self-doubt and barriers holding you back—and how to overcome them
  • – A personalised action plan to stand out, get noticed, and claim the opportunities you deserve

It’s your time to be seen, be heard, and be valued.

How to Accelerate Your Career

If You Don’t Stand Out, You Miss Out. Think your hard work and results will speak for themselves? Think again. The competitiveness of the corporate world means visibility isn’t optional—it’s essential. The opportunities you dream of—promotions, board roles, or being seen as an industry leader—aren’t given to those who stay invisible. They go to those who stand out. But standing out doesn’t mean being louder. It means being strategic and intentional about your brand and how you show up.

If you don’t stand out, someone else will. It’s time to stop being the best-kept secret in your industry and start claiming the opportunities you deserve.

In this webinar you’ll learn:

  •  The 7 steps to achieve career success in 2026.

  • Why some people attract the best roles and how you can too.

  • How to avoid the number one mistake professionals make that stops them from reaching their potential.
